Suncovia is seeking highly motivated Solar Appointment Setters to join our Phoenix team. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, competitive, and looking for an opportunity to build a career with unlimited earning potential.

As a Solar Setter, your primary responsibility will be working fresh inbound and outbound leads, contacting homeowners, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants (Closers). In addition to phone-based lead generation, top performers may have opportunities to travel with our sales teams to support door-to-door appointment setting efforts in other markets.

What You'll Do

• Contact and qualify fresh solar leads
• Schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants
• Maintain accurate notes and lead information in company systems
• Follow up with homeowners and nurture prospects
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
• Help contribute to team sales goals and performance metrics

Travel Opportunities

This is a hybrid position that combines inside sales and field marketing opportunities. Selected team members may be asked to travel to support our sales teams in:

• Maine
• Massachusetts
• Illinois

Travel opportunities provide additional earning potential and valuable sales experience.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
• Ability to make a minimum of 100 calls per day
• Reliable and dependable
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Solar experience is helpful but not required
• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience is a plus

• Top setters earn between $5,000 and $7,000+ per month
